VWR Matching Program

VWR and the VWR Foundation want to partner with its associates to make a difference. Earlier this year, VWR associates were invited to participate in a survey to help the VWR Foundation identify the recipients of the VWR Matching Program. All six of these organizations are strategically aligned with the VWR Foundation mission.  

Associate donations will go twice as far when participating in the VWR Matching Program. Any associate interested in participating should follow the below simple steps:

  • First, select a pre-approved organization from the list below.
  • Donate directly to that organization, either through their website, or by sending a check in the mail. Associates can donate through a payroll deduction by clicking here and filling out the form. Any associate who participates in the matching program through payroll deduction does not need to complete the remaining steps below.
  • Then, fill out the donation form by clicking the "Donation Form" link in the left navigation
  • This form will be submitted to VWR and the VWR Foundation.
  • VWR will then match your contribution to the organization which you selected, as well as will make an additional matching contribution to the VWR Foundation.  

Associates should email VWRfoundation@vwr.com with any questions.

*VWR will match up to $1,000 per associate with a Company cap of $250,000 annually.    Associates should consult their local government for tax law guidelines.
